Hatch Hubs is run by The Facework Group, a not-for profit organisation committed to supporting young people face the changing world of work. As such we are not in the business of just selling workspace to people, rather we want our work to have real social impact. That’s why we offer a number of workspace programmes and schemes that our members can benefit from including our co-work PLUS initiative which includes:
As a small team we rely on the support of our volunteers to help host our spaces part-time. Any member can sign up to be a part of the volunteering team.
In return for 1 day of hosting our venues voluntarily, you receive 2 free days of membership.
Volunteers also get first refusal on paid work within HH when we run events.

Our members work in a variety of different industries and range from freelancers and small business owners to employees of larger organisations.
When our members are looking for support in a particular area or are looking to collaborate on a particular project, where better to look than our own community and connect members with each other who are looking to do a skills-swap and or to connect our Facework members as a mentor.
Download this form if you are interested in being a mentor.
Through our partnership with the 'Changemakers' programme and individual business coaches, we can offer a number of business coaching workshops to our full-time, fixed desk and Facework members.
Run by professional business coaches, these sessions will either be a series of free workshops or tailored support to helping your business to grow and thrive.

I have worked as a volunteer host with HH for the last 2 years. It's great as it gives free use of the space and a brilliant chance to meet others - which for a freelancer is crucial. Definitely love this 'gift economy' idea. it works for me .

I have met up with Shanna twice now and helped her how to develop her freelance illustrator career. I didn't know I knew so much practical stuff which was of real value and I've learnt tons from Shanna too.

I've run social entrepreneur business training with the HH team for a range of local people and love the ethos and way that we can connect people together in supporting new business ideas.
