We have two spaces to choose from: Hatch Peckham within Peckham Levels or Hatcham House in New Cross. As the best value co-working spaces in South East London, you can book desk space from just £12.50 per day and join a thriving community of 260+ professionals.

When you become a member you get access to both spaces as well as free use of meeting rooms, regular socials, printing, lockers and tea and coffee. We also have concession rates and free space for those aged 18 - 24.

Unlike other co-working spaces, we're a not-for-profit enterprise striving to create a social learning space where members meet, share and learn from each other with volunteering and mentoring opportunities available.
