Feel Good Fridays & Hatch Talks
Our Hatch Talks will take place every Friday evening, with Hatcham House members giving a talk on their area of expertise over a range of different fields. Catch us on Instagram Live at 6pm on Fridays. All talks will be recorded and saved to our social media and website so you can view at any time.
We also have a range of wellness events including yoga, coming soon to Hatcham House as part of our Feel Good Fridays.

The future and what to do about it
Reluctant Futurologist, Award winning author and Hatcham House member, Mark has been extremely busy advising some of the countries top companies and organisations on how to better prepare for the future. Join him in conversation where he will share stories from those around the world who are not just anticipating the future they are helping to shape it.

Enhanced awareness in a changing world:
Unconscious Bias Workshop
We are delighted that Sioban Whitney Low is going to run a workshop, exploring unconscious bias from the broadest perspective. She will look at how our brains may convince us to behave in ways that go against our consciously held values and beliefs. The workshop has been co-designd with Samenua Sesher who originally developed it 10 years ago.
Sioban is a local resident and very experienced practitioner working in the arts, education and charity sector. She has been running unconscious bias workshops primarily within arts organisations and was a foundational member of HH joining with her family in January 2020.

We welcome Karen Chambers back, who this time is helping us look at how we can use nutrition, herbs and natural remedies to improve our fatigue, boost low energy and improve our moods.

Later in the autum we hope that Hatcham House member Gillian Evans will be able to offer 10 members early morning yoga sessions on Feel Good Fridays. As an experienced internationally renowned yoga practitioner, Gillian is passionte about introduing more to the benefits of Yoga,

SEED is a project run by 3 young adults aged 19-24 delivering a series of talks about work and the impact it has on us, with a particular focus on supporting young people who are unemployed or seeking work.
They will hold a series of live talks on Instagram on Saturday mornings, featuring guest speakers (all aged under 30) speaking on a range of issues from how unemployment and job rejections impact our mental health, to how working patterns are changing and how to create opportunities for yourself and start your own business.
