From the 15th June 2020 we are re-opening Hatcham House for membership on a restricted basis of just 15 desks available at any one time. This is to account for the post Covid-19 regulations.


We've streamlined the process and made if very simple to book through a special Hatcham House app which allows you to book, pay and synchronise your booking to your calendar. We've also extended the opening hours from 8am-8pm Monday to Friday. You can also book for either a day or half-day. 

We are also offering free taster sessions for potential new members.

Everyone who uses HH has to be a member, but membership costs just £3.00 a month.  This gives you access to the Hatcham House App which enables you to book and pay for hot-desking space and to hire the hall (separate rates apply POA).

You can join a month at a time, or if join in June you pay just £18.00 for membership till the end of December.  Giving you 7 months for the price of 6.

If you intend to use HH most days contact us about one of 5 full-time membership places we have. This gives you unlimited access 8am-8pm Monday to Friday for a one off fee which works out at less than £10.00 a day. (NB we are prioritising members who signed up in our first trial period).




Once you are a member we will send you a link to a free HH app which you can use to book one of 15 hot-desks available each day.  You can book for a half-day or full day. We have extended openning times for use 8am-8pm Monday to Friday.

A desk costs £1.00 per hour and you can book for a half day (£6.00) or

full day (£12.00) anytime 8am -8pm. Super-fast Internet and free tea and coffee and access to a colour printer (small charge per sheet) is included in your booking.

The app connects you to other members, sychronizes your bookings with calendar, sends you notifications of news of special events and takes online payment through a secure 'Stripe' payment.

Please note if you  don't have a smart phone or hate using apps that's fine, just let us know and we can use paper and pen ! 




Once you have joined and made your first booking on the app you will need to have a 10 minute induction session at HH with a member of the staff.

This session covers the Covid-19 Safety Steps we are taking to ensure all members are safe whilst in the space.  We also cover Rules of the Club, details of our Privacy Policy and H&S. We can answer any questions.

We want HH to be somewhere special and we want to nurture a community of care,  especially to those who are starting their own business.  We also want to host training and social events for our wider community which help those developing their businesses or social enterprises.
